Home Visits
Once it has been discussed as to what you need & how I can help. A home visit may be the logical next step. I am always happy & would encourage you to have a friend, neighbour or relative with you as your safety & security are important.
REMOTE - connect computer to computer
Once youre setup & working. We will also test & setup the ability for me to connect to your computer from my office base. This will only work when you allow this to happen! This uses a computer program, that you control, to allow me to connect safely & securely to your screen. This then allows me to quickly see what you are trying to do & then i can advise you.
However. I am always happy to visit you in your home if that is your choice.
Cost & Charges
I charge for time spent. This is always agreed up front. So there will never be any hidden fees or costs. This also means we can get you the best prices & deals as we are not tied to ‘stock’ or ‘company’s’… (You only pay for the agreed amount of time & travel If a home visit is requested)
